Our policies regarding refunds and service cancellations.

Deposits and Cancellations

Deposits are required to secure appointment times for custom work and collision repairs. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. This allows us to reserve specialized equipment, allocate technician time, and schedule materials for your project.

Custom Work Policy

Due to the custom nature of our work, all custom paint jobs and specialty finishes are considered final sale once work has commenced. We work closely with customers during the design and color selection phase to ensure complete satisfaction before beginning work.

Insurance Work

For repairs processed through insurance, refunds are handled according to the insurance company's policies and procedures. Any customer responsibility portions must be paid upon completion of work.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our workmanship. If you have concerns about the quality of our work, please bring them to our attention immediately upon vehicle pickup. We will evaluate any issues and work to resolve them in a reasonable timeframe.

Warranty Claims

Warranty work is provided at no additional labor cost. Materials needed for warranty repairs may be subject to supplier availability. Warranty claims do not constitute refunds but rather corrections to covered issues.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about billing or service, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss the matter. Our goal is to find a fair and reasonable solution for all parties involved.
