Service Agreements
By engaging American Sign Depot for auto painting, collision repair, or other services, you agree to these terms and conditions. All work is performed according to the specifications discussed during consultation and documented in our service order.
Quotes and Pricing
Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required beyond the initial scope. We will always communicate any price changes before proceeding with additional services. Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made.
Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required to secure appointment times for custom work. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. For insurance work, we work directly with insurance providers according to their billing procedures.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from vehicles before drop-off. We are not liable for personal items left in vehicles. Please inform us of any existing damage or special concerns about your vehicle before work begins.
Warranty and Guarantees
Our work is backed by warranty coverage as discussed during consultation. Warranty claims must be made within the specified warranty period and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Normal wear and tear, damage from accidents, or improper maintenance are not covered under warranty.
Liability
American Sign Depot maintains appropriate insurance coverage for vehicles in our care. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We recommend reviewing your personal insurance policy for comprehensive coverage.
Vehicle Pickup
Vehicles must be picked up within 7 days of completion notification. Storage fees may apply after 7 days. We reserve the right to exercise lien rights on vehicles not picked up within 30 days according to Georgia state regulations.
